I know a lot of people here are childless by choice, or not able to give birth for one reason or another. But, I wanted to share this article for those who might find it useful, either for their own future experience with birth or to pass along to someone else who it may help. It also may have some applicability in other areas of medical care.

(Edited to point out, trigger warning if you follow the link, for mild discussion of possible triggers during a birth)
