There has been interest in an ongoing open thread for off topic chatting. It was suggested in the "shutting up" thread. Sound like a good idea? Where do you think it should go? I am guessing under "everything else".

I think it definitely sounds like a good idea. And yeah, "everything else" would probably be appropriate.
