I'm not very good at categorizing music but I'd call it weird chiptune-y videogamey type stuff (well and then there's squiddles, which really emphasises the weird).

If you like neutral milk hotel you might enjoy frog eyes.
If you like frog eyes you might enjoy swan lake.
If you like swan lake you might enjoy destroyer.
If you like destroyer you might enjoy neutral milk hotel.

If you like frog eyes and swan lake you might like blackout beach.

If you like destroyer you might like sparklehorse.

This mimics the progression of how I found out about this music. I don't really enjoy neutral milk hotel that much anymore though.

If you like Tom Waits, you might find Rob Dougan pretty interesting.

Thank you Ms. Kwiz, for the Frog Eyes recommendation. I had never heard of them, but was (am?) a great fan of Neutral Milk Hotel. Also the Wiki page associates them with Sunset Rubdown, so that can't be a bad thing.

I'll check out Rob Dougan/Dr. John, too. Can't go wrong with the rough stylings of the bourbon-soaked, gruffmeister general Tom Waits.

A very tentative recommendation, because the only artist in your list I recognize is Diablo Swing Orchestra, and so I might be jumping off in the wrong direction, but:
