Major trigger warnings for all sorts of stuff at the link, including sexual assault, self harm, eating disorders, physical abuse.

Someone linked to How you get unstuck in a recent comment thread at the Fugitivus blog. Wow. It is a really moving article by someone who used to work with "at risk" teenagers.
